To provide excellent and prompt service to our customers, we have divided Brisbane into two service areas - South & North. Conquer Termites South-side office is based in Cannon Hill. This allows quick access to all Southern suburbs along the Gateway and Gold Coast motorways. No suburb is more than 30 minutes from this central location.
Though there is no difference between the two in the operations and quality of work, some say the South-side Technicians are better looking!
Suburbs on the South-side of Brisbane that might have a high proportion of termite infestations: Coorparoo, Carina, Carindale, Camp Hill, Carina, Hawthorne, Norman Park, Greenslopes, Yeronga, Alderley, Bulimba, Corinda, Dutton Park, Forest Lake,Hemmant, Holland Park, Jindalee, Manly, Wynnum, Morningside, Lota, Moorooka, Oxley, Runcorn, Sunnybank, Tingalpa, Upper Mount Gravatt.
There are many reasons for these suburbs to be listed – established gardens, more large trees (Gum) scattered throughout the suburb, Older houses, New houses with concrete slab on-ground, park lands and higher moisture in the soil. It must be stressed that all houses are vulnerable and there are no safe suburbs in Brisbane in regards to termites.
