Every inspection we set excellent standards that achieves excellent results.We’ll spend the “time it takes & more” to check your home.You’ll receive a comprehensive & understandable report that contains digital photos of your property to help you understand (This report is not a quick tick and flick type of report most of our competitor will offer you).Our fully trained and experienced Inspector will inspect the roof void, sub-floor, and all the exposed timbers and thoroughly inspect the perimeter, fence line & garden.With every inspection, a Tramex Moisture Meter is used. This enables our Inspectors to detect any high moisture content in the interior timbers. High moisture readings can indicate termite activity as they leave a moist trail and dampen their feeding front.If we think you might have active termites but there is no visual evidence, then we can suggest using our Borescope Lens to look inside voids, cavities and walls.

Or we might use our Termatrac monitoring devises that sends microwave signals into the timber to detect movement.

If required, we might suggest that a more comprehensive inspection is conducted using a Thermal Imaging Camera. This is only when we feel that there is significant termite activity, and a normal invasive inspection cannot determine the extent of the infestation.
