- Do you have a Queensland Health Timber Pest license?
- Does your company have a QBCC (Queensland Building Construction Commission) license?
- Is your company insured, and how much does it cover?
- Do all the technicians carry and use Thermal Cameras & Termatrac Motion Detection devices?
- Do you inspect up in the roof and all of the subfloor (space under the floor)?
- How many hours do you assign to do a termite inspection?
- Do I get a digital report on the day?
- Can you supply a treatment proposal and do the work?
- Are they accredited through the chemical company to apply the product?
- Where is your office located?
- How long has the business been operating and is it family-owned?
Fake Brisbane pest control companies
You want to be comparing apples with apples. Many pest control companies construct a website to make them look like they are local but have their call centre in another city and don’t have the appropriate Queensland licenses.
If they don’t have a QBCC license, they can’t get insurance for work in Queensland.
