Access all areas!

There aren’t many better ways to highlight the importance of making sure you gain access to all areas of a home while doing a Termite Inspection.

This photo was taken during an inspection today  in a North Brisbane suburb, where access under a concrete patio had not previously been available. We cut an access hole in a brick wall under the house, only to find some incredible termite workings. ALL the soil you see in the photo is termite workings and the darker shelter tube on the right was currently active with termites.

Concrete patios attached to houses are common, particularly with older houses, and it is important to gain access to these areas to inspect them.
