Turning up on time at the right address, scheduling the right work the customer requested, scheduling follow up checks, annual warranty inspections, and reminder notifications. These too are important to ensure the customer receives excellent ongoing service.
That is why we are excited to adopt a brand new booking and service program called “Servicem8“. This will truly enable the team to benefit from an innovated, cloud based, booking program that was developed right here in Australia.
Today, Carol Mann, from Smart Account Solutions, conducted a training session for the Conquer team in preparation for the launch next week. The program has so many fantastic features, it might take us awhile to become proficient at it, so please be patient. Change is Great!
