Pest control warranties vary depending on the pest, how it behaves, and how it re-enters the home. Some pests can be controlled long-term with residual treatments, while others require ongoing management due to environmental factors.
Our warranties reflect what can be responsibly guaranteed – not unrealistic promises.

Black ants – 3 months
Spiders – 3 months
Silverfish – 3 months
Fleas – nil
Needs to be treated until infestation is under control.
Rodents – nil
Needs to be treated until infestation is under control.
Warranties do not apply where:

New infestations are introduced from neighbouring properties

Conditions attracting pests are not addressed

Treated areas are altered after treatment
